AIBlindspot

About

The public intelligence service for AI failures.

AIBlindspot shows leaders where AI is failing, so theirs does not fail next. Every incident is real, sourced, and classified — 1,296 case studies and counting. Built by Velinor, part of the Velinor AI Leadership Suite.

How it works

What you can do here

National Security — the Defence tier

The public database tracks AI that fails by accident. AIBlindspot National Security tracks AI used as a weapon: state-sponsored AI operations, AI-enabled disinformation, adversarial attacks on AI systems, autonomous weapon incidents, AI-assisted cyber attacks, and dual-use misuse.

It is a separate intelligence product for defence-sector subscribers: a dedicated case library with threat actor and capability analysis, a category-level threat index with 30-day trends, and one-page PDF briefings for leadership. Access is exclusive to the Defence tier — talk to Velinor about access.

Beyond accidental failureNational Security

We also track 20 hostile uses of AI.
